If you’re looking for the perfect stylist, I highly recommend Portia Ford. I used to only trust stylists in Center City Philly and never thought I’d switch—but that changed immediately. Portia matched my color flawlessly and gave me the exact cut I’ve been asking for. My hair is thick and curly, and she truly mastered it… no small feat, especially since I’m very selective!

I’m 100% an online shopper, but once in a while I love stopping by Ulta. The environment is fun and welcoming, and trying products in person is such a treat. Always a great little shopping break!

I went in looking for a specific type of product but was unsure of the brand name. Katie assisted me on the sales floor and was knowledgeable and offered me multiple brands of the product. She took the time to ensure that I wad satisfied with the product and that it matched my skin tone. I highly recommend that you ask for Katie!!

They have a large selection of cosmetics from a variety of brands old and new. When you try to buy something, they will not proceed unless you create an account with your phone number and name. If you do not want to provide a phone number, they insist. And if you type a BS number and then you’ll have to wait while they also type in a BS name. If you want to avoid this friction when buying, you can find any of these products available in other fine retailers.

I want to share my experience with this location, as I've consistently ordered online and picked up in-store from various Ulta locations without any issues—until I visited the Horsham, PA location. On September 4, 2025, I ordered Beyoncé's Cécred hair serum and oil online for in-store pickup, as it was more convenient for my job. At the time of ordering, they only had the oil available and planned to ship the serum. Since I specifically needed the serum, which I had used before with great results, I decided to cancel the oil order.
