I had a hair appointment today with Jamie, she was absolutely amazing and i'll be recommending her to everyone i know!!! I'm so thankful that she did my hair and she did such a good job. It's been so hard trying to find someone here to do my hair and not messing it up. Jamie did 10000/100000 will be coming back 💗

I regret to say that my experience at Ulta Hair Salon was extremely disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for a men's haircut, expecting a high level of professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and checked in promptly. The stylist, Brittany, took me to the chair and began cutting my hair. After 45 minutes of struggling, during which she sought assistance from her supervisor, she was unable to properly blend the back of my head. As shown in the attached photo, the result was uneven and unblended. To make matters worse, the supervisor's response was unprofessional. Very poor service was asking for help. And the lady said let me help the first person I was helping. And said would be right back. Well about 10 minutes we waited for help and found her just conversing a conversation with the lady at the desk about the different new products and completely igonered us.

When I entered the store, I was assisted by a cashier at the first register near the entrance — a heavy-set woman in a black dress. I had a negative experience due to the following: I was pressured into applying for a store credit card even after clearly explaining that my credit report was locked. Despite this, the cashier was persistent and dismissive of my explanation, making the interaction feel aggressive and uncomfortable. I was offered a free item as part of a “$50 purchase” promotion, clearly displayed behind the register. When I asked about this, I was misled by the cashier, and it seemed the offer was suddenly no longer available to me. I was almost given a complimentary bag by another staff member, until the cashier in black intervened and stopped them, saying it was “too new” —

I walked in and looking for certain items and I was greeted at the door which was a plus. Then I saw a worker named Jocelyn and she was putting items on the shelf and I asked her about some eyelash wash. She pointed across the room and said do you see that Ulta beauty sign it's eyelash things over there, then I proceeded to ask her about the bare foot product. She looked it up and was like we don't have that product and I was like do you even know what I'm talking about and she was like no didn't try to help proceed to help me and it felt like I was bothering her. Then I saw a lady and her name was Stephanie. I told her my needs and she found me everything she went over and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. I really appreciate workers like Ms Stephanie because you never know w
