This is my first time getting a blowout at Ulta. Booking the appointment was easy, and I arrived early. Jade and Baileigh are the reason for the 5 stars. At the front desk, Jade greeted me and sought Baileigh to see if she would be willing to take me early (I wouldn't have minded if she didn't.) Nonetheless, she took me early and was personable and friendly. The finished product was amazing (and I have a LOT of hair), and Jade checked me out professionally and quickly. What I did notice was that the outlets couldn't handle the blow dryers and kept disabling them, in the middle of a client's blowout next to me. Yanise at Ulta is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about cosmetic products and always takes the time to truly help, no matter what I’m looking for. Her expertise and recommendations are spot-on every single time. On top of that, she is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit such a great experience. I genuinely look forward to shopping when she’s there. I will not shop at any other Ulta nor deal with any other employee other than her. Yanise is truly one of a kind and an absolute asset to Ulta. On a completely other note….. I’m not impressed while on checkout line being stared up and down……. extremely off putting…..

My fiance always has a difficult time with the manager Andrea. All the other workers are so kind. One time she had insisted that he wasn’t a pickup person because he wasn’t added right away before the sticker was printed out on the bag and refused to check the system. Yesterday, she wouldn’t let him have my order even though he had my ID, until one of the regular workers who knows us essentially told her to drop it and she gave him the order. Apparently she was hired as manager over workers who have been there for 5+ years and she’s been there for a couple months. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and have been going here for 10 years, the service ever since Andrea became manager has declined. All the other regular workers are angels. I was in the store on Saturday at the Clinique counter. I was helped by Kathleen and Fran whom were so helpful, patient and kind. They took their time to find the right shade for me and even gave me samples to take home because the shade of foundation I needed wasn’t in stock. I just wanted to take the time to praise them for the wonderful work they do! Thank you

Alexandria was extremely helpful to me! She helped shade match me (even though I am way darker than her, she understood my complicated undertone). She didn't make me feel bad (unlike the Woodbridge location, yes Jennifer I'm talking about you) for my acne or hyperpigmentation. She spent at least 30 minutes with me recommending the best products for my skin. I cannot thank her enough. She didn't make me feel like a burden or annoying for asking multiple questions about the makeup. I spent over $200 in the store and would gladly again if Alexandria were to help! She also wasn't greedy or money hungry (Woodbridge location is). I will take the drive again just to shop here, I had a pleasant experience.
