Had a horrible experience today when looking for a product. Other than the person who checked me out everyone else there had horrible customer service especially the manager/supervisor Jaime. First I had to look for a beauty advisor then once I found them they acted like I was interrupting something serious and rudely told me to wait. Employees need to be trained better on how they treat customers. Just because you are having a bad day it doesnt mean you take it out on the customers. I would have been happy to wait if you would have acknowledged me kindly.

Alexa was so helpful to when helping us color match foundation. Customer service here is amazing and I really appreciate attentive and kind staff. We will be coming back! Thank you!!

Felt like i was being followed & given weird looks, then i overheard the male manager say what sounded like “where is she” and another employee say “in hair”. i was the only one in the hair section. It made me feel really uncomfortable and anxious, i already deal with overstimulation when shopping so this was pretty disheartening, i couldn’t make eye contact with them after that :/ The new girl was really nice though.

Like the review before mine: the manager, older white lady with glasses and brown hair made our experience here truly AWFUL. She kept watching me suspiciously as if I came to steal or something? And when we made eye contact she didn’t even greet me. At least flash a fake smile! I just went in to find my mother birthday gifts but I couldn’t even browse comfortably. How is the owner allowing this lady to keep a job here? She’s speaks in such a condescending manner and had the nerve to scoff at my girlfriend for asking a simple question the first time we came in to make a return. But we chose to just brush it off. The manager, middle- aged, plain looking, white lady with glasses and light brown/blondish hair is pretty rude. Unapproachable and condescending. Gives off “mean girl” vibes and had made transactions so awkward because of unnecessary snarky comments toward me as well as one of her associates, not helpful at all. The other store associates are very friendly but i will not be returning to this location.
