Ulta Beauty

I just visited Ulta today to in need of a new foundation. I have been dealing with a bit of purging on my skin, and I have not felt confident about my skin lately. I was super stressed coming in and already feeling down about myself, but Lauren helped me just in time. She was thoughtful, kind, and considerate when looking for the right shade match in the right foundation that I would like. She was so thoughtful and cared about how I felt and made the experience perfect. Thank you so much, Lauren.

Sky helped my elderly Mom out at the Clinique counter. She was amazing and so patient with my Mom. Coincidentally, she also helped my sister out that same day. We all felt she was a ROCK STAR! Cashier Shannon was also very kind at check out. Great staff here. 🥰

Lakisha, the Lancome rep, was amazing! She took her time to rematch my skin tone and explain the new numbering. She made me feel pretty, even though, I was looking rough, because I was not expecting to have make applied. She asked questions about the coverage I wanted from my makeup and had me in & out in less than 10 minutes. Thanks, Lakisha, you were amazing!

Lauren (the girl with the orange hair) is so helpful!! I have been on my makeup journey for awhile and have never felt so heard and understood, and she perfectly matched my shade! I plan on coming back soon, the location is a bit out of the way for me but worth it!

Crazy, I made TWO appts for Tinsel Hair at a certain time. I get a call from Emily about two hours prior asking if I can come in sooner and if not it was okay that ahe could still get me at my scheduled appts. I show up about 10 minutes earlier and told TWO ASSOCIATES that I was here for my appt and I waited by the Salon for 15 minutes for no one to be on time or even sit us down. So as I'm leaving I see a couple of cashiers by the front literally doing nothing. This Ulta needs to get their crap together. Maybe the Merrillville location will do better this weekend 🤔
