I DO NOT recommend picking up any orders. The promo for pickup orders IS NOT WORTH IT! I picked up an order from this location and the pigment on the bag transferred onto everything! My hands, the seat of my car, my clothing and phone case. I reached out to customer support who told me the store would be willing to help. After speaking with the manager (I believe her name is Lauren), all she said was “Yeah, if the bags get wet, the dye will rub off. Sorry!” There was absolutely no offer to correct this situation, or even exchange the items for a package that doesn’t have smeared dye EVERYWHERE. If you can get your items from Sephora, literally in the same shopping complex…go there! Their bags don’t knowingly transfer.

Not only is the store clean and full of great options, but it also includes a spa and salon. Megan was so sweet and made me feel confident and comfortable. She helped me pick out amazing products for a full routine! She was so awesome that I decided to book with the salon and got highlights and a haircut with Estelle—and wow, she absolutely killed it! I left feeling like a whole new woman. She’s definitely my new go-to stylist. (Picture includes the products and my hair!)

I had such a great experience at Ulta today! McKenna and Kristen were amazing so professional, but also super easy to talk to. They helped us get perfectly color matched for foundation and walked us through a bunch of products in a way that felt really fun and helpful. They even signed us up for an event happening on 10/4, which we’re excited about! We ended up finding (and buying!) a few foundations we love. Even though the store was pretty busy, all the ladies working were attentive and kind, which made the whole visit enjoyable. Big thanks to McKenna and Kristen for making our trip such a good one.I’d definitely recommend them!

Most all of the employees were absolutely wonderful. The company is a hole is horrible due to the lack of sales prices and coupons. Long-term customers that have accounts have issues logging into their account and can hardly ever find good quality coupons. Is extremely impossible to walk in there and not spend less than $100 on a very few amount of items even when they run a semi sale. The coupons are like $3.50 off of $40. It's ridiculous you can find stuff on Amazon at everyday low price better than you can find in Ulta. Also you can find many of the products that you find in Ulta at local TJ Maxx, Ross for Less and Marshalls for half or 1/3 of the price. One good thing I will say is that most of the time they have most of the samples out and you can return items but all of the stores

I had such a positive experience at Ulta today thanks to Kristen! As a beginner, I was a little nervous, but she was so knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to explain different brands and really helped me understand what would work best for me. We were on the hunt for the perfect color match for both foundation and concealer, and with her help it was a total success! I left feeling confident and excited about my purchases. 10/10 would definitely recommend Kristen to anyone she made the whole experience fun and stress-free.
