Claudia is amazing and always does exactly what I ask for- even if I don’t know how to explain it. The store is kept clean, she does such a good job I almost fall asleep in the chair multiple times per visit.. & also get a free therapy session. I recommend her to everyone I know :) I also appreciate the fact that she tells me if she doesn’t have time to do something & she will fit things in anytime that she can!

Extremely friendly staff that actually care about your needs and special requests! The store itself is huge and always fully stocked it is always clean and organized every time I go I also love that they have actual perfume samples out so you can smell every one before committing to the purchase this is my go to Ulta store even though I live in Asheville it is well worth the drive!

My hairdresser Claudia is the best! I use to see her at the Arden location and followed her to Hendersonville. She listens to you and your needs for your hair! It is hard to find a good kind hairdresser and when you find one you keep them.

Shame on you. You caused me to explain to a 9yr why we were refused, they don't except people with our hair type.The stylist said it would make her arms hurt. If we told them we were ..... We made an appointment. Showed-up before said time. Told us to wait. My family was denied a blow out because of their hair type. It was my first time and my granddaughters. My son-in-law, her father, their brothers funeral was the next day. We will never set foot in an this establishment again.

Jaina & Anne went above and beyond to help me today with matching my makeup. They both are very knowledgeable and went above and beyond expectations. I give them both a 10 out of 10 ! I will most definitely be back ! Thank you ladies!!!!
