I had a truly wonderful experience at this Ulta store thanks to Loe. I walked in with a product list I had made for myself (I was completely overwhelmed and didn’t even know where to begin!). Loe approached me so kindly and asked if I needed help. From that moment on, she gave me her full attention, dedication, and expertise. She carefully walked me through every product I needed, explained everything in detail, and even helped me find better options at better prices. What impressed me most is that she genuinely listens — if you tell her you’re looking for something more affordable, she will show you great budget-friendly options. I love shopping at Ulta! So many new sections. So many options to choose from! Very organized and clean. - Sometimes they’re out of stock of popular items - which is understandable! But you can always order and get things shipped to you, if what you’re looking for is not in the store. - There are usually lots of employees roaming around. Sometimes they’ll ask if you need help, not very often though. The ratio of employees on the floor per employees at the register doesn’t make sense. - Their customer service is good (not great) - not sure I’ve encountered anything or anyone exceptional as of yet. But at least they’re not rude. - Bottom line - Ulta is my Go To!

Today we hosted a birthday party at this location. Marissa and team knocked it out of the park. Not only did every employee wear matching clothes or do their makeup to match the theme, everyone also came by to celebrate with the birthday girl. Clinique and Benefit brand reps showed the girls how to use their products. It was a great experience! I highly recommend doing a party here!

I always get the best service at this store. I’ve received damaged products a few times and I’ve always gotten them replaced with ease. And whenever I’ve asked for product recommendations they’ve never failed. I’ve recently come in to get a hair gel for my boyfriend (since I know nothing about men’s products 😅). The woman gave me two great options to use as he has thicker hair and the product he was using before wasn’t lasting. She then told me exactly how to apply it and if it was too much a second product to use instead! (The first product is American crew fiber for anyone who wanted to know) The only downside is this store usually seems to have low stock whenever I come in and doesn’t have any in the back when I ask often. (Usually with the Paul Mitchell hair products specifically).

Went in to look for some new stuff for my niece and little sister and Marisa was extremely helpful. Not only did she offer advice for makeup but also skincare. We truly appreciate her help and expertise!
