I had a 2:30 formal makeup appt. Arrived at approximately 2:20pm. At 3pm the makeup artist still had not found the correct foundation color. I kept saying that I was expected some place by 5pm. It was a very frustrating and anxiety-ridden experience. In addition, I learned more than I wanted about the artist’s issues at home and at work.

Olivia is awesome. Great master stylist and great personality. You won’t be disappointed.

always seems like no one wants to help you. the workers will socialize to each other but not ask if u need help. especially the tall manager with blonde hair. the most helpful sweet one is namalease. idk how to spell her name!

I’ve been going to Olivia for years and she’s truly the best. She’s taken me from brunette to blonde and absolutely nailed it through every retouch appointment, my hair has never looked or felt better. She’s kind, easy to talk to, professional, and always prioritizes the health of my hair. I always leave her chair feeling amazing, highly recommend.

Unfriendly customer service and no navigation for the layout. I wasn't greeted, nor were several other ladies of similar skin tone. No one offered any help, despite over 5 employees making direct eye contact with me and proceeding to turn around and walk past me or the other way. They were holding conversations with each other and as someone who didnt understand the navigation of the store or some of the products, I would've appreciated an offer of assistance.
