Came to this Ulta and two wonderful associates took the time to show me several products and even helped me apply them until I found what worked for me. They were kind and patient. Thank you— you made my day!

I stopped by the Ulta in Harlingen on Friday just to browse after working long hours and wanting a little “me time.” PJ at the MAC section made the experience amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to the types of lip colors I’m comfortable wearing. He encouraged me to try the shades on instead of judging them on display & and he was right. He helped me find the perfect shade, Sweetheart, and I’ve been wearing it nonstop. It makes me feel so beautiful. I truly appreciated the great service and genuine interaction.

Phenomenal customer service from Kathryn very knowledgeable and attentive customer service and very helpful. Went in looking for a different perfume and she pointed me to the one she was wearing million gold her . And now it’s been my favorite perfume. Thank you so much and I will definitely be looking forward for the next fragrance you recommend. Great job.

today i went into ulta just looking for some hair products. I was called to try this new make up look and i absolutely LOVE it!!! If anyone is looking for a fresh new look or any new products, i HIGHLY recommend Jose with nudestick. He has explained throughly about how each product works and the benefits and i absolutely love the work he has done. ❤️

Christian from Ulta did my hair last minute for a partial highlight with olaplex and it came out so good! He also fixed some old blonde pieces that needed to be relightened and it was amazing. I was very surprised with his knowledge, patience and kindness, also. He’s very in control of lightener. The work he did was what salons charge triple of in Harlingen. I’d recommend him for color correction or a smaller foil retouch. I say smaller retouch because some salons only want to do a full but he knows how to make just a few foils have a wow affect and make a huge difference!
