This is my favorite location. Loveeeee getting my makeup done by Dave . He is literally the best! I have nothing but great things to say about him honestly ! He is so sweet, so kind, so helpful, so knowledgeable, so funny and such a people person . He definitely deserves some recognition. I also have a huge perfume collection and Ulta always has what I’m looking for.

The staff here is amazing! I came in shortly before closing and my item wasn't on the shelves. They took the time to look out in front for me, then in the back. I apologized for holding them up while they were organizing the displays just after closing time now, and they were all so kind and told me not to worry about it. Kudos to the staff tonight! Thank you for providing OUTSTANDING customer service!

I had such a great experience at Hamilton, NJ Ulta this afternoon. Anna was priceless! From skin care to contour to perfume specifics, I learned so much! I’ve always wanted to find the right shade of concealer and finally feel I did. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and exceptionally knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and she honestly took the time to ensure I got them answered. I trusted her opinions so much, I ended up getting way more than I came in for and am looking forward to getting the rest of her suggestions in the future, especially this perfume I tested! As I was about to checkout, Julianna showed me sale items and some additional skin care. I appreciated her insight and tips so much!!

Came in with my granddaughters and husband to purchase items for my granddaughters. I was approached 5 times. No one else was approached. My husband asked to see good perfume and was told we could not. They also sold none of Tabitha Brown hair care products. This was the first time I had a bad experience at Ulta. So I only spent $400 not the usual. Would’ve spent more if we got better treatment.

Love the store, hate the customer service! I literally just left the location after walking around for several minutes without a single person asking me if I needed assistance. Yet, I see other patrons being asked if they needed it. I probably will not be returning to this location, due to the lack of attention/assistance I received. Do better!
