I would like to recognize miss Brie in the prestige department. My mother and I came in today 11/29 and received exceptional service from her. She not only helped color matched me, but also shared knowledgeable information to some of the products I have not tried yet. She is a valuable employee and recommend seeing her! Thank you again!!

This Ulta has one or two great CSR’s to assist you. I like when I come int the door, every-time I’m always greeted with a smile, hello, and if they can assist me let them know. The newest high end make-up and perfumes along with styling tools are always carried in this store. So many make-up and body luxuries too choose from. A paradise of great selection for a make-up and body care lover. This store is always clean, stocked, and well organized.

We had came into Ulta, we were treated very well by a mixed girl who helped us out. But this girl, with blonde hair, tall and didn’t get her name she came up to us and said “those aren’t testers” and gave me a whole attitude and then took it away. Didn’t ask for it kindly or anything. I didn’t like the way she had approached me because then she had rolled her eyes as well. I had not opened it, it was not my fault that SOMEONE else had opened it.

Staff is awesome each and every time I go in. I am naive to many of the products they sell, and they always are patient in educatimg me and pointing me to what I need, which is rarely the most expensive which many places do if you don't know much of what they sell. Highly recommend.

Back in July, 10 months ago I had my hair done at the hair shoppe in Chambersburg I did a review of the color purple to blue that ella did, That review got over 50k views but when I got ahold of her and asked if I could come back in and redo my hair because it had grew out and I wanted to redo it for my birthday coming up in april, She said she didn't have any time slots In the near future so I edited my review and let everyone know that, I also made a post on Facebook asking If anyone had any recommendations for another place I can go to get my hair done. One of my former coworkers in the nursing field recommended her Vivid Color Specialist at Ulta Beauty Salon, Patricia Holmes. (Trisha Lynn Webb on Facebook) She got me in right away like the next week and i'm so glad that I went to her.
