Review for Jessie at Ulta Beauty, Hadley I typically don't like going to chains, but being bounced from person to person after my guy retired clearly wasn't working! Here I am at Ulta, with Jessie, who faced quite a challenge with my hair (and still does, I think). Not only do I have poliosis (those crazy patches of white hair), but I came in with roots a mile long and a bad color on top of it all. Jessie took the time to listen to what I wanted: match my natural black, and still pull out and keep all the natural "fright" white hair. It was about an hour for application and "cook time." After rinsing out the black, she applied a semi-permanent color to the white to remove the brassy yellow. The color match is amazing. I had Jessie W. as my hair stylist and makeup artist for my engagement photo shoot and she did an a fabulous job glamming me up! She was very personable and kind. I loved the look she created for me and so did my fiancé!!!

Crissy has been doing my hair for over a year now and I finally have found my forever stylist! She is the best communicator and very knowledgeable as a hair and makeup stylist. I’m so happy for ULTA that they get to have a serious hair salon professional to represent their business! Thank you Crissy for going above and beyond for me and making me feel comfortable and seen. Yesterday (09/08/2021), I had an appointment for a hair coloring with ULTA beauty in Amherst, (351 Russell St STE 40, Hadley, MA 01035). I did a bleach test on my hair to find out the actual time that I need to reach to my desired color that was dark chocolate. I had two consultants with them before my appointment to clarify the process and reduce the risk of damage that may cause during the bleach. Besides all the efforts that I did to prevent possible damages to my hair, they put the bleach on my hair for almost three hours and claimed that their materials are better, safe, and different and I would like to share the difference. Crissy is MAGIC! She was so excited to do a transformation when I said I wanted to go from copper to blonde and she did this in ONE session! She is so amazing at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable while in her chair. Ulta is sooo lucky to have a stylist like Crissy working for them.
