Make up is only as good as the service and thanks to Miguel, I had a great experience at Ulta. Miguel was patient and never ever pushy. He listened to my preferences and my habits and recommended a tinted moisturizer I had never even heard of. It matches to your unique skin tone upon application. I never would have heard of this product innovation had it not been for Miguel. As to fragrances, he helped me smell many choices, getting my feedback on all of them. He even helped me mix two fragrances to create my very own scent. I purchased products with confidence because Miguel solved my individual problems and preferences with sincere concern. I had Very arrogant woman , late thirties for a hairdresser. She was running very late for my appointment because of over booking. I waited, she intimated that I was too early and then looked at her schedule and realized I was on time… she was 25 minutes late. Then she flew through my service of a trim that turned into a haircut that I did not ever want to…. To top it off she then thinned my hair on top so much I now cannot do anything about it. When she turned me around to see the mirror I fell apart . And did not leave a tip . My family said I they never should have charged me. It looks like a mullet! Stopped in here to get a new bronzer, a lady name Ashley had helped me. She was so helpful & kind. Really took her time with me and gave her honest opinions about a product! Very helpful lady

Great store.. they mostly have everything but they're are some newer ones sprinkled throughout CT that just have more modern store designs. Other than that it would be a 5☆ review! You gotta check out the salon too!

The store and salon are outstanding. MCKenzie is a fantastic colorist and hair stylist. I always feel 10 years younger after I leave. Plus she is a great conversationalist. She’s really SMART!!! Walk, don’t run to book an appointment.
