I was just in the store and the line was incredibly long as you can imagine on the day before Christmas Eve. Everything was clean and neat and well stocked and there was lots of signage explaining the different sales which was very helpful because there's a lot of different things going on for the holidays! Unfortunately I've had a lot happen personally and this holiday is very difficult for me, so I'm trying really hard to keep it together but it's not really working and I almost bust out crying while checking out because I just couldn't get anything right! (Yep every bit of confusion absolutely was my fault! Lol) To start the touch screen did not seem to want to recognize my fingers. I’m writing to express concern about my experience at your Ulta location on 8/10/25. I visited to purchase makeup for my business and browse fragrances, but felt as though I was being followed throughout the store. While I understand the need for loss prevention, the way it was handled made me feel singled out, uncomfortable, and unwelcome. It was distracting and took away from my ability to shop freely, to the point where I considered leaving without making my purchases. As a paying customer who values Ulta, I wanted to share this because I believe security can be maintained without making customers feel watched or distrusted. I hope this feedback helps ensure other shoppers have a more positive and welcoming experience in the future.

I had a great time shopping at the new ulta! Biggest store I’ve been in and the employees were extremely helpful!
