Placed a pickup order for perfume set and get in the car only to realize that the set is missing one! The employees need to check the product before completing! I should be able to trust that. They were sold out of the product so I have to now go to a different store for pickup. Which honestly I should have done in the first place. This location is constantly low on stock on so many products.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Vanessa who works at Ulta here in Gresham. She is a superstar. She should be given a raise for how she kind she is with her customers. She helped me pick out numerous items inside of the store. She also made sure that they were all budget friendly like I was asking, and at the end of the transaction she was the one who helped me get cashed out and actually gave me a 20% off discount which I appreciated so much. Thank you, thank you thank you to Vanessa!!! You are the best worker! Come here for all of your beauty needs these girls who work here are so knowledgeable!

Recently went to get a blowout done and didn’t get a blowout got my hair straightened out when I told the woman that I wanted curls If you, Google blow out a single one of those people have flat hair I didn’t even have volume in my hair. If I had booked the wrong service, the stylist should have told me. there was more than enough time for the stylist to do curls, as a blow was listed at 45 minutes and a basic style is 35 minutes. So it was clearly about getting the higher sale instead of doing the I had paid for and asked for. I highly recommend you don’t come here, it’s about sales.

I’ve been to this store twice in the last month and figured the first experience may be on a one off but then came in today and had the same experience. Walk in looking for a fragrance I find the fragrance I want to try and there is no tester for it actually almost half or the fragrances don’t have tester’s so I walk around looking for someone to ask to test the perfume nobody. I asked one of the cashiers at the front desk and she says she’ll grab someone at this point I’ve waited around 10 mins in total and someone comes by and goes to help a woman who just walked over to the fragrance section unlocks her fragrance walks away after she walks away she’s no where to be found again finally someone came along and unlocked the fragrances for me and then says I’ll come back to check on you nev

I was greeted immediately upon entering this particular establishment. The young man who greeted me took me directly to the item I was searching for. A few short minutes later I found myself at the register where I had the pleasure of being reunited with the same young man who had helped me right from the start. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products I had inquired about and thus made my Ulta shopping experience the best I could have ever asked for.
