I had the best experience at Ulta Salon thanks to Ashley Nicole and Saraly. They did an absolutely beautiful job with my hair color and my new haircut. The color brought my hair back to life — it added so much shine and dimension, which is especially amazing during the winter months. My new cut is fresh, flattering, and exactly what I needed. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything suited my hair and my lifestyle. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with the results. Always have the best experience getting my hair done at Ulta. I have been going to Jenna for about a year now, and she is the absolute best! My hair is very thick and curly, and she is able to make it look so beautiful every time. I also get my hair colored regularly, and have always been so happy with my results. went into the Ulta in Greenfield for the first time in quite a while. I’ve been driving out to Brookfield for years after past visits to Greenfield left a bad taste in my mouth—employees were rude, unhelpful, and more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers. Unfortunately, today didn’t start out much differently. As I walked through the store, I passed many employees talking and joking together without so much as a glance in my direction. That completely changed when I stopped at MAC and met Michelle from Clinique.
