Shireen definitely saved my hair after I had a horrible time with someone messing it up. I 100% think she’s an amazing stylist and does great work. Very talkative, communicative and professional.Gives exactly what you ask for without any questions asked. Would recommend my favorite stylist.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this Ulta that seem to stem from current management. During my most recent visit, a manager ignored me when I asked for help and was rude when she finally responded. What’s especially frustrating is that in the past, when a different manager was present, the store ran smoothly and customer service was noticeably better. The difference in leadership is obvious. Because of this, I’ve started avoiding this location and choosing other stores instead. This experience has impacted my loyalty to Ulta, and I hope the company seriously reviews how this store is being managed.

The hair stylists are amazinggg!! I went for my curly and not only did I get a beautiful cut but I got and amazing scalp clean and a curly style that is so gorgeous but my experience over all was perfect. Shireen and Nicole thank you so so much

I'm not really sure what the point of shopping here is when everything is priced higher at Ulta then other stores. Also, im always annoyingly followed around by staff (one in particular) like not everyone is shoplifting that comes in the store. Even when I say I'm fine I don't need help I'm still followed to the point of wanting to leave. So unless its a complete emergency I won't be shopping here.

I went into the Ulta in Grants Pass and Vivianne gets 100 stars. She took the time to color match me with foundation, and took me right to the exact perfume for my daughter! If you need any in store help, Vivianne is your girl!!! Thank you Vivianne.
