Shiloh provided me a wonderful customer service at the end of her work day: she noticed that I was about to buy $36.00 conditioner, while there was the same conditioner in a package twice bigger and costed only $1.00 more since it was on sale. She was thoughtful enough to change it for me so I get a better deal. Hope Shiloh gets a bonus - well deserved 😌😉

Employee needs better customer service, racing around the store getting my own order and then having to pay twice for it because they could not get the order ready on time. If the staff was sympathetic and apologized I would understand, but instead being told to come back tomorrow because it wasn't ready and no other explanation is rude. Your website advertises orders after 6pm 2 hours or less and I came 3 hours later. Karyna or whatever her name is needs to learn some customer service. Sephora order was ready in a timely matter, clearly this store is not prepped for the holiday season.

Haliyah did a great job on my hair style. Definitely recommend her. First time I got a haircut i was happy with the results.

Jordan at the Ulta in Goleta was super helpful and kind during my visit. She took the time to assist me and made the checkout process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and great customer service really stood out. Ulta is lucky to have her!

I saw Haliyah for a haircut and had such a wonderful experience. Not only was she such a positive and sweet presence but my hair turned out exactly the way I wanted it. She took the time to listen to all my needs and concerns and even suggested products based on my hair type and texture. I highly recommend working with Haliyah and will be returning to see her again!
