I had a great experience at the Ulta Salon! Loni was my stylist. She was so friendly, kind, and did a great job with my highlights! I felt like she took her time and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I’m happy with how they turned out and so glad I went to this location! Thank you!

I had my first ever makeup appointment with Loni today. She did absolutely amazing and was very easy going! She made sure to ask what I wanted & if I have any preferences for any colors/etc. She even asked if she needed to make any changes or apply more of something! I would definitely recommend her!

Walked into Ulta arrowhead ready to buy lash primer, mascara, a liner brush, lip liner and concealer. I headed over to morphe and was unable to find the blue primer I liked. Saw an employee and asked if she was free To help me, asked her about the morphe primer and she walked me back, pointed at where it should be and walked away. I was going to ask her if she had some other suggestions, but she had already walked away. I went to a store for a reason. I easily could have ordered online. So, I walked out of the store and drove across the street to Sephora, where I dropped a couple hundred bucks, and was actually helped, given suggestions and not made to feel like an inconvenience. I won’t be returning.

Had mostly decent experiences here until today. I don't understand how they have keys to locked drawers that don't open the drawers. I really appreciate the willingness to help, but this time it took a very long time to get My delivery finished. Also I don't get paid by the hours so I really have to hurry and there was zero urgency from the person helping me at all. Update: Manager was really cool on the phone and this store is usually pretty helpful so I'm changing back to four stars for now

So Amaya the cashier pulled a new trick on me. I didn’t want to sign up for the rewards program, she did something on her end to make my transaction with my credit card say “not completed “ I tried twice and it didn’t go thru. I went to target a few feet away to take out cash with the same card and she was shocked to see me come back to make my purchase. SHOPPERS BE WARY, the sales associates are getting clever!!!
