Ulta Beauty

So disappointed in this place. I was never acknowledged the entire time I was there. Completely ignored until I left and told "thank you." It wasn't busy, they had just opened but the employees were just walking around, one was talking on a phone. And it wasn't taken care of very well. I can't say it was really dirty, but it was pretty gross with samples not cared for. This picture is just one example of what I saw. Doesn't make me want to shop at Ulta!

Hey I'm here to post an update review a year later. Last time, 1 star. But this time service was a complete 180, so 5 stars!! Everyone was really helpful and sweet, I was trying to find an applicator and accidentally asked some employees from the hair salon, but they went out of their way to look for it. When they couldn't, they got what felt like the entire team to help find it, which I felt a bit bad for since it became essentially a scavenger hunt 😅. In the end it seemed to have been packed somewhere else, but I was walked through how to order it for home delivery for my first time, and it went seamless. I love my applicator as well as my new Fwee eyeshadow pallet which is in perfect condition. And might I add, their Korean makeup selection was INCREDIBLE!?? I've never seen such a nice

The customer service here is never ever bad but today I when in and this woman named Candice helped me. She was absolutely so kind and helpful. Her customer service skills are fantastic and she made me feel so welcome. She made my day.

This is the second time I've gone to this Ulta, second time I've had a bad experience. Both times the associates have always ignored me, helped the other customers but when I'm looking for help and obviously lost either I can't find any employees, or they have ignored and walked away when I tried to speak, making me feel like a bother. When I got to the checkout the cashier did not ask me if I found everything, or how I'm doing, and when I obviously was looking at the face masks in the front she hurried up ringing my items (by the time of checkout, there was no one else in the store and definitely no one in line which i totally would have understood if so) and gave me my bag without wishing me a good day. I really am tired feeling like a bother to the employees, especially when both times

If you are black they will racially profile you here. I usually have no problems in this store but one of the girls definitely ignored me when I needed help but she made sure to loudly check on anyone white. I wish I took a picture but she had a red sweater, black hair and ugly Republican makeup which i was shocked at because its ulta! Anyways, there was a sweet girl at the front in glasses named Cierra who rang me up and made sure to walk me over to the product I was missing and we found it. She was such an angel and everything an ulta employee and decent human is supposed to be ❤️ I was in a rush but next time I won't be so forgiving about it.
