I went to Ulta 20 minutes before they closed, I was welcomed nicely and was able to quickly grab what I needed and made my way to the front. I forgot her name but the woman working the register was extremely kind the whole time! She had short tight curls that looked lighter at the ends. Honestly I expected the quick shopping trip to not go the best, at the Silverdale store I feel like the employees are annoyed to help you and are usually very short with people but she wasn’t. We talked nails and hair! I always have positive experiences here, always asked if I need any help with smiles and great recommendations. When I'm just killing time walking through the store they always give me space, thank you for the kindness! (Sorry for blanking on your name, this is the pink and brown haired girl

Got my hair done by Tiffany and she nailed it. This is exactly what I was thinking, so I’m glad I got my first fashion color done by her. Also she definitely gave good tips about maintaining the color. 💜🖤

Appointment for 3:15. By 3:40, my stylist still will another customer. I left. My last appt., my stylist double booked and did a complicated foil on someone else same time as me. My appt should have take 90 min. Took 3 hrs. with her going back and forth. She (Brandi) is terrific, but the timing issues are a real problem. Also, the online booking system is dreadful. Maybe time to find a new place although I love Brandi.

I love ulta. Very nice in the store. Sometimes I will say is there is product on the shelves but thats just customers being rude not the employees fault.

Constantly followed and asked every 3 minutes by an employee if I’m finding what I need, then one of them comes right next to me and clutches her headset and says “yeah I think they’re stealing something”. 😂 profiling, and I won’t ever be coming back to this location.
