If you need to get a wax, PLEASE take my advice and go see Deanna! I went to her for the first time today and will be going to her from now on! She works in the salon, so she does hair and makeup and all that jazz too! I havent used her for those services but she does her own hair and makeup and they were gorgeous! Anyways, the wax was the least painful wax ive ever had in my life. At one point I was questioning if she was even removing hair! 😂 She's so kind and shes also not scared to show that she loves Jesus! (Which is huge to me because thats hard to find nowadays and I love Him too!) My eyebrows look amazing and I cant wait to go back to see her!

Awlul customer service on today at 10:00 am this morning 2/24 the cashier was very rude. And on 2/22 the sales lady was rude as well. Just a terrible experience. I asked for a specific product when approached by a sales lady. She gave me the wrong product and I didn’t realize it until I got home. She tried to recommend other products and I told her I was not interested. Then she began to ask probing question about my personal opinion on the person who owns the brand she recommends and insinuating that I could not afford a certain product. I came in to purchase what I have researched and what I believe will work best for me. Just rude all around the board.

Do Not I repeat DO NOT come to this location if you need help with matching your makeup. I asked for help and no one was available at all . I spent a hour in this store trying my best to make sure my foundation and concealer match my skin tone . I bought other things too . I should’ve left and went to Sephora. I will never return to this location after spending $150.00 . The money wasn’t the problem the lack of customer service was. Like I spent all this money and didn’t even get helped or a simple “thank you come again.” I will be taking my money to Sephora next time!

Went into this Ulta with a gift card and a vague idea of my make up rehaul. VICTORIA met me at the front and was so very sweet and helped me pick out some perfect colors and materials that I probably wouldn’t have found on my own. She also managed to answer my dumb questions with a straight face. ;) Victoria was knowledgeable and eager to help. Highly recommend this location!

I had a really uncomfortable experience at Ulta Beauty recently today. I was shopping with a few friends, just browsing and looking at products, when we noticed an employee following us around the store. At first I thought maybe we were overthinking it, but every time we moved to a different section, she was right there watching us. It didn’t feel like customer service it felt like we were being monitored. What made it worse was when we asked her a simple question about a product. She had an attitude and told us to “ask someone up front” instead of helping us. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unnecessary. We weren’t doing anything wrong, just shopping like everyone else. The experience made us feel uncomfortable and singled out. Shopping for makeup is supposed to be fun, but this
