I appreciate how eager Amanda is to help! She color matched me to my perfect foundation shade and made recommendations for products that work for my tailored needs. She has an eye for color, a clear passion for makeup and product knowledge is 10/10. She’s a fantastic listener and has earned my trust as a beauty professional. I went into Ulta to return an item that gave me rashes all around my face (52 dollars) received my refund receipt and went to shop and spent over 60. I am an avid customer and was just trying to receive my refund so I can find a product less irritating for my skin. I check my receipt and the refund was given to a wrong credit card number. Numbers I have never seen in my life. I’m trying to explain this to the “supervisor” a rude, orange hair with bangs employee that wasn’t wearing a name tag. Who met me with not even equal kindness as I was giving to her even through my frustration. Instead she shrugs her large shoulders and tells me that she can offer a credit and I said okay and then says no and says that is the correct card and I say for the 100th time it is not my credit card. Had my daughter’s 11th birthday party at this location. It’s a new service that they are trying to out & it was such a great experience. Hailey & Areta were such amazing hostesses. They made the girls feel so special that day. Super kind, enthusiastic & just authentic. Jonie was helpful in booking my party and following back up with me prior to the actual event date. 10 outta 10 recommend!!

Tish has been my stylist for quite a while now. I refuse to see anyone else. She's professional, kind, caring and friendly. I love her! I've been to many different places and while all have been good I've got to say I'm more than pleased with Tish. She's very personable. She's a great friend!!♥️
