I went into Ulta and had the immediate pleasure to speak to Fallon Banks in the salon. I needed help with a color correction and she was absolutely amazing with her color theory and knowledge. She walked with me and hand picked for me the wonderful products to use (with a detailed explanation of each) which gave me an absolutely beautiful hair color and condition while removing a bold toner color that was lingering. Fallon’s on the spot exact knowledge saved my day!! She’s my hero and I will definitely be back! Can’t even thank you enough Fallon for your kindness and expertise!! You’re the best!

I sat down in her chair and described in detail the look I wanted. Definitely not glamorous, but my best “natural self.” Kyleigh listened carefully and thoughtfully. I went in a couple of weeks ago on a Monday and got the pleasure to speak with Anna about going back to my natural color as much as possible. I told her about my concerns and some of the experiences I had with previous stylists — including one who told me my hair “wasn’t their style.” Anna was so kind and understanding from the start. She was able to get me in that Wednesday and walked me through the entire process, explaining what to expect along the way. It’s five days before Christmas, and if you’ve been anywhere near the fragrance section, you know it’s a total nightmare. I don’t know if every fragrance associate is a secret elf or angel, but I was truly blessed to be helped by Virat. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable while helping me select fragrances for some key people in my life—both men and women.
