this review is specifically for an employee named sandra who helped me today. i was looking for a product and she went above and beyond to find it for me, checking the website looking all over the store at the different displays for quite awhile while i shopped and eventually tracked the manager down to help look for it in the back and dug it out of a box somewhere. i feel most employees would’ve been like “well… it’s not on the shelf…” and told me to order online or try another store. she was also so sweet and nice. a joy to talk to. thanks sandra! and ulta, you need to give her a raise thanks. i’m sure she’s not making as much as she deserves. 💅🏻 such a kind genuine person! the other employees - not as nice and helpful. unless you find sandra (who the 5 star review is for) you will likel

Love the location of this store, conveniently located inside Waugh Chapel shopping, which allows people to stop by and grab the things they needed after dinning at the restaurants nearby or while doing errands run at Target or Wegman’s. Parking: large shopping center parking lot. Inside shop: spacious, fairly clean, did not see too many staff in the shop, well stocked on most of the shelves, has one of the largest Styling Tools section. Service: we did not need any customer service on this trip, but when in line to check out, there was only 1 staff behind the counter while 3-4 customers were waiting in line. Wait was not long, so we didn’t mind. It was a weekday afternoon, so not as busy as the weekend, not sure if that’s why staffing was low, or some were happened to be on break at th

ve been shopping at this Ulta location for a few years now and will continue to do so because it’s the only store in the area. However, I feel compelled to share consistent feedback about the customer service during online order pickups. Almost every time I come in to pick up an order, I stand at the pickup counter while multiple employees — including managers and beauty advisors — make eye contact and walk past without saying a word. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no “Someone will be right with you.” After being passed several times, someone will eventually ask, “Are you picking up?” which feels unnecessary given that I’m clearly standing at the order pickup counter. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way. Customer service doesn’t require anything complicated — just basic courtesy. Gr

Awful customer service. The people working there have the WORST attitudes and refuse to help. We went early in the morning, having a great start to the day and offered pleasantries upon entering with it not being reciprocated. When asking where certain products were and details of what was in stock for a birthday gift, I was met with reluctance and nastiness from more than one staff member. Disgusting behavior especially right when opening and dealing with customers, aside of myself, who I gathered were in good spirits as well.

Terrible management. My daughter made a purchase tonight and a new associate must have rang her up incorrectly, no issue at all. After 10 minutes of trying to correct the issue management sent my daughter out of the store WITHOUT the $40 that she gave the cashier and told her to come back for it. Once I realized she didn't have her money I took her back, where she waited another 20 minutes while the tried to correct the issue. We would have been forgiving of the issue but the manager helping decided to make rude comments as my daughter started to get impatient. Asking her if she had a flight to catch as if this were her fault was down right disrespectful. I came into the store to let them know we need the refund and to cancel the transaction and I was handed the money and told " I'll just
