Ulta Beauty

This is by far the messiest Ulta that I have ever been in. The product shelves are half stocked and product is everywhere. Two stars because of the staff is really nice! EDIT response to owner reply: This chaos runs throughout the entire store. Are you suggesting that I talk to one of the very nice representatives working there and tell them that the entire store is a mess? I left this review for a reason. So management would see and hopefully rectify the situation. don't try to pass the buck. I want to emphasize that all of the staff is very helpful and polite. The store is just messy. I'll drive to Buford moving forward as their store is not. I appreciate your response!

Very disappointed with my experience. I was told someone could assist with color matching for makeup, upon arrival at the store the “mac” counter associate said she didn’t have time. While she was walking around on her phone. Itzel is rude and doesn’t seem to understand her job is to sell makeup products. I was going to purchase several items but only purchased one item.

This place sucks. They cheated me out of my rewards points and gift card purchases after I returned something. They said the points and rewards go back toward other purchases 🤬 it was $75. that I lost. Don't trust this store. My daughter said this is the reason she goes to Sephora now. Also the people that work here are rude and just weird!! I go there for beauty products not weirdo stuff.!!! I don't go to see half dollar size piercings, nose rings the size of nickels, lip piercings the size of quarters or blue hair freaks.Disgusting!!!

I like the vibes and whenever I go I’m always treated very nicely. But whenever it is busy it’s super hard to get anything done, I tried getting my color match on a Saturday knowing full well that yes it was super busy but an associate just left me standing to go help someone else. But overall I have had good experiences in the past.

The Ulta in Dawsonville is the best location we absolutely love Hana she’s sweet and very good with her customers! Thank you Hana for always being so awesome
