Ulta Beauty

This was my first time visiting an Ulta Beauty store and the employee had such a nasty attitude we left. We were each gonna spend a good bit of money on the products we were looking for. Another customer says to us she wouldn't purchase a thing from her she was so ugly to us. We will just go somewhere else to buy the products we were looking for. There also two more customers that heard and saw it all

I placed an online order that I was charged for, but never went through on their end. It wasn’t their fault, but I was seeking help on what to do next. The workers were very nice but the manager that I spoke to was cold. All she had to say to me is “call customer service.” Okay. So I did call and the customer service guy put me on the phone with that same manager, which I didn’t realize. So when we talked on the phone she, again, was rude and short with me. I understand that no one likes having issues but it costs nothing to be kind and helpful. I ended up driving an hour to Pell City and they were VERY helpful and got everything taken care of!

This store is amazing, I always have the best experience here! I must highly recommend Erica if you are looking for the best stylist in Gadsden. I have moved and will continue to drive two hours for her to style my hair. She is hands down the best stylist that I have used, she is very thorough!

Kaylee was a great help today. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain a few products and she walked me to her recommend product. I will ask for her help again.

First time going to this store with my wife. It will be the last time this employee had such a bad attitude I would not buy nothing there. Other people seen it also.
