The makeup consultation at Patriots Place was amazing her name is Jumania (sp). I went in with a friend to figure out what color foundation would be best for someone over 60 and who was totally wearing the wrong color. I felt very comfortable in our discussion about my needs. We determined the proper color foundation, under eye corrector, and concealer all while laughing and having a great experience. Jumania is an asset to Ulta and I recommend her 100% to anyone who needs personalized assistance. D. Wilson

A friend of mine from Florida and I had gone to this Ulta for our senior prom, Cindi and Elizabeth were incredible, they kept conversations going and let us sit with each other however, that wasn’t the only good experience. The hair was amazing, Cindi fit me really well, I personally am a bit of a perfectionist and Cindi made sure that this hair due wasn’t frizzy and just perfect!!

In the below particular situation regarding Courtney Huerth, the client failed to disclose the full consultation that took place prior to and during the service — including the fact that her hair was already damaged before arriving at the salon. She also stated that her hair does not hold curls and specifically requested a significant amount of hairspray to maintain the style. This salon destroyed my hair. I have had long hair reaching below my waist for 30 years. Makita ripped half of it out in a rush in under an hour only to pass through my hair 5-6 times with a curling iron. 10 minutes out the door and my hair is crusty from hairspray - but flattened out already. I'm truly furious at how much my hair was destroyed without ANY chemicals or cut or anything. Just simple carelessness and ripping through any sort of tangle, leaving my already fine hair with half the volume. All for a simple wash blow dry and style.
