Tori is AMAZING!! Truly appreciate her so MUCH! She taught me how to do my daughter’s competition make up. Didn’t grow up doing make up myself and she was so patient and caring and told me exactly what I needed to get this done. Her attitude was amazing and how she cared and her not making me feel silly about not knowing THANK YOU! You made me feel comfortable asking. Truly recommend her so much to anyone that needs make up help or asking what you need especially newbie like myself.

Was in from out of town for a wedding, my daughter and I waited but finally got seated for out hair and makeup. Everything was good, unfortunately the lashes I got put on stayed on about an hour didn't even make it to the church. Because I got lashes she did not do eyeliner so once the lashes fell off the makeup didn't look good so spent the night avoiding pictures. Overall everyone working there was very nice and helpful was just disappointed that not having full makeup with the lashes, once the one popped off my eye I was left with an somewhat awkward look.

Would give it a ZERO if that was an option. This review is for this locations Salon department only. Horrible customer service and even worse time management! I scheduled and went in 10 minutes early for my cut and color appointment. First time client at this location and I waited for 40 minutes before being brought back to a stylist chair. The stylist I booked told me that she was running behind with her last client (understandable, stuff happens). Her and I guess another stylist begin a bootleg consultation on me. We decided that I would need highlights vice full color for the color I was trying to achieve. My stylist then left me with the other “stylist”, to where, your guess is as good as mine (I think back to her client that was still in her chair, hair definitely not near completion.

I'm in this location quite often and I always manage to get the lead cashier, Brenda, when I check out. Every time she sees me she says, "Hey girl! Welcome back. What did you get this time?" Today was no different. I went in for a foundation and got color matched by another employee but when I got to the register Brenda saw the foundation I was buying and pointed to where we matched it and said, "Girl, that's too yellow. Let's go find a foundation that matches." She up and left her register to help me find a foundation. She spent a solid 30 min with me making sure we got the perfect match. I love going in and seeing her. Today really made me appreciate her more.

Alex is phenomenal! I visited a different location and was so disappointed. I only went to this location because I received a gift card for Christmas. He found my Mac foundation color on the first try! We tried lipsticks and he was patient with me and listened to my reactions which allowed me to settle on the perfect type and color. I'm a natural, no fuss makeup person, foundation, lipstick and done. He restored my faith in Ulta, thank you Alex❤️
