Ulta Beauty

I had such a great experience at Ulta yesterday! The cashier at checkout was incredibly sweet, helpful, and had the nicest smile. I believe her name was Rose (I’m not 100% sure). Great customer service like that makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be back!

I stopped into this location today to pick up a lipstick and gifts for an upcoming brunch. I see 2 employees wearing all black chatting. I look at them for a break point in the conversation. The man says do you need something, I said yes. He says "What's up"? I tell him what I'm looking for. He points in the direction of the cosmetics and names off several brands that might be helpful and continues his conversation. I go look and don't find any of the brands mentioned. I then hang up the orange shopping bag and exit the store. Customer service appears to be a dying art. I'm now leaving ULTA at Tower Shops with lipstick and the gifts I originally wanted.

Rose approached my mother and I and offered to help withiut us even asking. She was pleasant, caring and very knowledgeable about different types of of make up. She a great employee and she has the kindest smile.

I went into ultra today looking for the Glenda wicked perfume … the first person that helped me told me they were sold out and when I asked if maybe they had it at another location she just said probably not but I can go to a different store to check if I wanted or online disappointed but not thinking anything of it. I just started looking around the store and then Rose came up to me and asked me if I need anything. I explained my situation and she gave me the best customer service. She went ahead and looked up another store to see if they had it elsewhere. and behold, they had three in their location. She called one of her managers and looked in the back and she found the perfume. Thank God for Rose or else I would’ve left without purchasing anything. She saved the day she gave great cust

The last couple of times I went in to the store I had pleasant experiences but the icing on the cake was checking out. There was a guy named, Ken on the register. He was very personable, knowledgeable & so polite. Made my entire time at Ulta a wonderful experience.
