Very POOR customer service. It Only took 5 minutes of poor customer service for me to turn around and walk out. I value my hard-working money and would like to spend it with people who appreciate it.

I stopped by Ulta to purchase a gift card for Christmas and was helped right away by a nice employee. He gave me the information I needed to make a great purchase.

Brittany H did an amazing job on my makeup. My only hiccup was with check out. If you’re getting a service in the back of the store you should be able to checkout in the back as well. That line was so long to checkout. That needs to be fixed ASAP!!

I visited this store with my daughter on a Sunday afternoon after she finished her bridal photos. I’m white and in my late 50’s whereas my daughter is in her late 20s. A black associate asked me if she could color match me for a foundation I was sampling. I very politely responded with a no thank you. I had just had plastic surgery and my face was still pretty bruised and color matching would’ve been useless at this point. I can only assume that that the associate felt insulted because she proceeded to follow us throughout the store, trying to intimidate and bully us. She made it very obvious she was watching us because she literally stood 2 to 3 feet away without saying a word everywhere we went in the store. We looked at make up mirrors and she was there. I knew Ulta has had a bad name these days but this store… don’t waste your time. You won’t find what you’re looking for because everything is out of stock or in the wrong place and you won’t get good customer service because the associate is busy making personal calls. I walked out empty handed and in a bind.
