I had a great experience at Ulta Beauty! The sales associate was very nice and professional. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave great suggestions based on my needs. I really appreciated their knowledge of the products it made it easy to find exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience!

Girl with gold plated earrings, huge black framed glasses and slicked black hair was very rude to me when checking me out. Handed my receipt with an attitude and stanky face and didn’t even say to me “have a nice day” when cashing me out. Acted as if her job required her to do so much from her when all I asked what how much was my total. There are jobs out there who taking the living hell out of you and girl was acting as if her little cashier job was sucking the life out of her. I couldn’t see my total on the screen so I asked what was my total and somehow triggered her attitude to come out? Weird behavior. I had a bad experience a few months back and said I would never go to ultra again. Well I ventured in today anyway and Tanna completely redeemed Ulta in my opinion. Beyond helpful. Beyond enthusiastic about their job. I will go back but it will be to the Florence Kentucky store where Tanna works. Knowledgeable helpful and excited to help. Introduced me to new products that I’m excited to try.

I wanted hair that made me feel confident & coastal, they didn’t deliver. Scalp was burned, hair was overly thinned and not cut to my preference. Majorly disappointed with Ulta! Hair is a huge part of my identity, and they totally messed it up 😬. I showed them exactly what I wanted - a sun-kissed blonde that reflects my coastal vibe 🌊, but got multiple gold and brown colors instead. Asked for a refund or color correction, GM overpromised and underdelivered. Ended up with an even darker color, and they didn't even have the shades they said they'd use 🙄 on the second try. Quick fix turned into hot mess. If you care about your hair, don’t waste your time or $$$. 1/5 stars" 💔.
