It's always a great experience at Ulta! The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is super helpful. I love the wide variety of products and rewards program.

Bought my wife some Amika dry shampoo for her birthday at the end of January she used it twice and it quit spraying. They refused to return it and for something that cost $45 that’s absolutely ridiculous. The manager was rude saying they couldn’t return it do to it being half empty but it was still pretty full. With as much money as we spend in ulta it’s absolutely ridiculous we will not be coming back!

My husband purchased a 9.5 oz can of dry shampoo and I used it twice. Within a month, the can completely stopped spraying and felt half empty — a clear propellant defect, not product use. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, she was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly accused me of “using the can” instead of acknowledging a known aerosol issue. Anyone familiar with aerosol products knows that a can feeling half empty and no longer spraying after minimal use indicates a propellant failure, not product consumption. Poor customer service and zero accountability for a defective product. A 9.5 oz dry shampoo can is designed to last 2–3 months with daily use. Using it a couple times in a month period would not meaningfully reduce the contents.

Ok, so first off, I set an appointment to have my hair washed, conditioned, and cut and styled. When I arrived early to my appointment, I ended up having to wait after my appointment until the chair was available, which is no problem because that is normal. However, when the guy was ready for me, he was trying to skip the wash, and go straight to wanting to cut it. I told him that I needed it washed, and he said that he didn’t have time to wash my hair. Excuse me? This is what I set the appointment for. I was on time, and waited patiently. I had a special event that night, and I wanting to look very nice.
