I have the best experience today at the Ulta in Farmingdale! Lauren was just the sweetest and had great upbeat energy! She helped me narrow down to the most perfect birthday gift when I was super indecisive as to what I wanted. I really appreciate the patience and customer service she provided. Justine was absolutely amazing! She helped me and my friends start our beginner makeup journey and made the whole experience so comfortable and fun. She was super sweet, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, while also taking the time to explain products, techniques, and what would work best for each of us. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed. She stayed with us our entire shopping experience, she’s truly a gem!

I went to Ulta Beauty just to grab one thing, and I ended up leaving with a whole bag thanks to Ashley! She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. I asked for help with finding the right products, and she went above and beyond helping me choose the perfect shades for both my skin tone and my wife’s. Her knowledge and friendliness made the whole experience amazing, and I truly appreciated how she took her time to explain everything without rushing me. I really love this Ulta at Airport Plaza. The people who work here are so kind and genuinely helpful. I’m not very confident with makeup or skincare, but they always take the time to guide me and make me feel comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and diverse, and you can really tell they care about getting it right for every customer. You don’t see service like this anymore, and it makes every visit such a nice experience.

Had a fantastic experience last weekend on 2/6/26 with Michelle, she helped me find the perfect serum for my thin hair, she walked me through all the products that would help me and be beneficial for me and recommend Viviscal. Unfortunately they didn’t have it in stores so I did order it online, but in the store she recommended California Naturals growth serum which I am obsessed with! Thanks again Michelle for your kindness and all your help!! Will definitely be stopping by again for all my hair growth needs!
