Ulta Beauty

For k-beauty, this store overcharged by a few dollars compared to the same product on tiktok shop or Amazon. They are not independent or locally owned so I don't like them, but I appreciate ulta for convience

I had my colour and a hair treatment done with Lilly & I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As someone who hasn’t had colour during my pregnancy, she was incredibly observant, thoughtful, & attentive to my needs. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable & confident every step of the way. I felt genuinely cared for, & the results were lovely. I would totally recommend her, especially if you’re looking for a hairdresser who really listens & puts your wellbeing first.

Horrible, rude customer service! I usually avoid Ulta because the stores tend to be messy, but my boyfriend wanted to do something nice and get me a gift. We walked the aisles excited, trying to decide what to buy, and it was immediately off-putting to see how dirty and disorganized everything was—makeup and perfume stands were dirty, hair tool accessories were sticky and out of place (I actually put some back myself). Once we chose an item, there was only one register open and no clear sign indicating where the line started. We stood behind a woman doing a return; no one else was visibly “in line” at the time. After a few minutes had passed whereas we were waiting, she noticed people browsing the small items near the register and very rudely asked us if we were in line. Tone and attitude

Got my hair done by Lilly, who was so kind and helpful. Even given the circumstances of certain products being out. She did her best with what she had to work with, and my hair turned out great! I would 100% be a returning client to Lilly!! There was another stylist there, who I believe name is Alda (not 100% sure), but she was extremely rude and unprofessional to her colleagues, in front of clients and customers. I could feel the tension and mistreatment she projected onto other stylists there that day, especially those who are newer and it was really disappointing to see.

Today I was helped by the most lovely employee named Mia or Mila or something like that (couldn’t quite read her nametag, but definitely started with an M). She advocated for my friend to her managers to help her get a refund. even though it ultimately didn’t end up working out, her dedication to customer service and satisfaction did not go unnoticed. give this girl a raise!!!
