Ulta Beauty

I walked in Ulta yesterday and was greeted with a beautiful smile. Miss KaLiyah first gave us a flyer then asked how she could help us. I told her something smell really good and come to find out, it was her. Lol She showed us what she had on and I purchased immediately. She has EXCELLENT customer service and a beautiful smile to match. I enjoy shopping at Ulta!

Lots of good products and very clean store! Customer service is extremely hit or miss, but usually the former! I don't go in often but most times I am greated, asked if I need assistance, general friendly attitude ECT. But eeeevery once in a while I get completely ignored and not even told bye or anything after I purchase something. Normally that's no big deal but I'm still a beginner when it comes to makeup. Still a 5 star worthy store!

Upon walking into the store it was physically hard to breathe due to the amount of perfume in the air and lack of breathable oxygen due to the poor ventilation in the store. As I was looking for a specific brand a worker noticed me and made her way over to help, before walking my way she took a perfume tester, sprayed herself many times all over her very exposed cleavage due to her low cut her tank top and then came to help me. I was quite literally almost choking on the sheer amount of perfume and had to leave immediately. This place absolutely needs better ventilation, and at the least please don’t have the workers spray on extra perfume in the already heavily perfumed environment before helping customers. It was so inconsiderate. I don’t remember her name but she was a stout blonde gir

Great place to shop for all things beauty regiment. The store was modern and has a large selection of items. The staff were friendly and quick to process checkout. Prices were a bit high but not unexpected based on brand name.

This store is terrible. I’m not sure if it’s the location or if it’s all Ulta stores but no one ever freaking helps me. The employees are rude and never know a damn thing
