Just went to Ulta n trying to cash out with 2 ppl at the registers wouldnt even acknowledge to pay, yet they were telling the ppl coming in the door welcome in. I finally after a few minutes had to ask if there was a cash register open. I honestly dont understand todays service. When i worked retail thats the first thing u were watching the customers cashing out but i dont know now a days the systems r so messed up. Thank goodness i hardly go to Ulta n that makes me like not even going again...i almost left their product on the counter n walk out! Not like they care!

I was assisted by a young lady named Alani who was incredibly hospitable and deserves a little extra praise for her authentic interest for helping customers. 10 out of 10 customer service!

I have been so impressed by my experience with one person in particular at this location. I’m a very particular and picky person when it comes to what makeup/products I like so it’s difficult for me to branch out and decide on new products. Without fail, Emma always helps me find the best products for my personal style. I don’t even know how she does it! Everything she recommends is exactly what I’m interested in every time. I appreciate how warm and sweet she is as well as knowledgeable and thorough when explaining how to use products. She’s also great at upselling other products that go so well with the items I’ve chosen. Thank you so much, Emma! I’ll be coming in more often because of you.

Ulta is the crown jewel at the mall. This Ulta is well-stocked and neat as a pin. The employees are friendly and helpful. Their Korean skin care section is quite good.

Got my hair done by Alandra B. and I absolutely loved it! 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a new color or cut 💫
