Katie is the most amazing hairstylist!! She's creative, innovative, can handle difficult hair such as mine. She's caring, fun, professional. I would never go to anyone else. She has my business as long as I live.

Love the selection. I know very little about makeup but my teen daughter is very interested. The employees were able to help her select colors that work for her skin tone and provide tips on application. They didn't try to sell us the expensive cosmetics but offered good mid price range choices. I'd definitely go back to this Ulta. 💜💜💜💜💜

Don’t trust your appointment times for the salon. I have an extremely packed schedule so I'm very careful with scheduling. This is the fourth time I've been called to come in at another time so that my service can be “completed in a timely manner”. It's total BS because their schedules are blocked off based on the service. She had ample time to do my highlights, but might have missed out on scheduling another client or may have faced being forced to stay later. I'm all for stylists maximizing their time, but I resent being offered an appointment time that works for me only to receive a call the day before (at the last minute) asking me to change. Abbie at the Benefit Brow Bar in Ulta Escondido was amazing. She was friendly, really listened to what I wanted, and made my brows look so good without overdoing them. Super professional and easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be going back to her.

Great interaction with Tony in MAC cosmetics; he is very informative, gentle, and knowledgeable with cosmetics. I appreciate every recommendation he suggested, even outside of the MAC section.
