I've been devoted to Sephora my entire life. I finally made the switch against my will because Sephora wasn't offering the kat von d eleyiner anymore. I went in with very low and negative expectations..... And wow. I've been back 3 times since. Great staff, they actually talk to you and help you out, they have so many brands that I don't see in Sephora or any other places - brands that I thought I could only get online and I was wrong! It also seems a little more affordable than Sephora.

I have never had a better ulta experience. Lisa helped me. She did a color match and with her education and expertise we found what I was looking for. She also guided me to products that would make my skin look better overall. She also made it fun and I couldn't be more thankful for that. Here’s a little picture of my haul! :)

Ashley made my shopping experience amazing at this location!!!! I normally shop at the Manchester location so I felt out of my normal routine. Her customer service and patience with all my questions went above and beyond. The store was clean and fun!

I have gotten my hair done by Kylie twice and it was amazing! She has hands and eyes meant for doing hair, you can tell she truly loves her job and has a passion for what she does! I recommend anyone needing their hair done to come to Kylie!

Never have a bad experience. Just wish mangers / head cashiers or whatever position they are didn’t stand behind the registers, not cashing people out just standing there and watching as 1 cashier is working, all while I’m holding my 1 & 2 year old for a pick up order
