I just watched as a guest upset about something out of Ultas control got irate and wouldn't listen to the associates for I dont know how long. But through it all Audrey kept her cool and showed respect to the guest throughout the whole thing. Not only that, Ariane her coworker smoothly kept the line going while both tried to explain to the guest her next steps. Ive been to this ulta twice and there great. Will be back!

Ulta never disappoints. Their products are consistently high quality, and the selection is amazing. The perfumes and colognes are especially top tier, with so many great options to choose from. What truly sets Ulta apart is the staff. They are always friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help customers find exactly what they’re looking for. Every visit feels welcoming, and they do a great job making each person feel comfortable and valued. Ulta is definitely my go-to for beauty products, and I always leave with a great experience.

I’m not a makeup or hair person. And I am always intimidated by “Big Makeup” so to speak. They’re always mean or a little snobby? However, I came into Enfield ulta (as I have many times) and Jaiden, the sales manager, immediately changed my perspective. He was so knowledgeable and he was so kind. Furthermore, I called the store to rave and I spoke with the (please forgive me) manager (I didn’t remember her store title, and for that I’m an ass) but everyone at this specific ulta is so kind. So so kind. So much so that I called the store and I’m posting this 😂 I feel like a creep. But customer service is not a thing anymore, and as someone who has worked customer service for 20 years- it was so nice to experience it.

I had such a great experience with Monica at Ulta in Enfield ! She was incredibly helpful and so genuinely nice throughout my visit. Monica listened to what I was looking for and guided me to the perfect lip liner — and it has officially become one of my new favorites in my collection. I really appreciated her kindness and expertise. Highly recommend seeing Monica if you want amazing customer service and great product recommendations!

I had an 11:30am lash appointment at Ulta in Enfield, CT and arrived on time. The stylist was still with another client and, after finishing, took two additional people before me. Yes, I was told “I’m sorry,” but an apology does not change the fact that I did not receive the service I scheduled and planned my day around. No solution was offered and no attempt was made to honor the appointment time. If you need reliable, time-respecting services, do not book at Ulta in Enfield.
