Felt so out of place was in to pick up items for a door dash after wondering around i finally asked for help one employee was stocking right next to me never asked me if I needed help. I guess I looked out of place I honestly felt I did not belong in there. I thought these places were to help you look feel better etc. This is 2nd time I been in here qst time I went to help getting make up etc. Noone helped I left after 30 min. Wondering went to kohls. Spent 200 on makeup the women there was awesome

I got into this Ulta all the time and everyone who works there is always so nice and helpful. I went in yesterday and as an almost bride to be I was confused and needed help on what to get. Raven was so extremely helpful! She helped me with all my needs and even with my hair accessories! (which I never even thought about) She was the best and I was so very happy when I left and can’t wait for my big day! Thank you again Raven.

I have had my hair done by Toyneisha and Fatima over the last month and a half. My appointments are last minute 😩 due to my work schedule but the ladies have fit me in and took care of my hair needs beautifully. They are both pleasant and I would book with either any time because of their great customer service. Thank you ladies! I will keep coming back and promise to do better with scheduling ahead of time. 🙂

I was very pleased with my visit here. I have very sensitive skin and now have rosacea as well. Used to be oily, now I'm dry... so I needed help updating my skin care! The first lady that approached me was not able to help me, but fetched another well trained associate who helped me very well! The products she recommended were spot on, exactly what I needed. Everyone in the store was very pleasant, wore a smile, and was eager to help - but not over eager to where it's annoying. There was a wide variety of products! From skin care, to make up... bath products, hair care, and more. Within those categories you had the choice of less expensive to high end. I highly recommend visiting here.
