NEVER COME HERe. I came to get my roots dyed blonde highlights like I’ve been getting for decades the same hairstyle. The hair dresser Carolina fried my hair and the damage is irreversible in 14 years I have never had my hair turn to dreads and string cheese I have long soft healthy hair. Additionally I paid for services that was not delivered. I left with my black roots all still untouched and all different shades of colors because the hairdresser doesn’t know what she’s doing and used the wrong volume then tried gaslighting me to believing it’s my hair when I’ve done the same blonde in my hair for years and I’ve never had color not lift.she used the wrong product. I asked for blonde highlights and an even blonder money piece and my hair is still black. As if I never got it done. The hair

SAFA MY GIRL! Safa was absolutely amazing I am from Tampa and not familiar with the store, she was assisting another customer and tried to get another employee to help me out, this employee was HORRIBLE shower absolutely no interest in helping me, so returning to shopping on my own I crossed paths with Ms. Safa again and she not only pointed me in the right direction while also assisting her current customer but proceeded to tell me when she was done she’d be more than happy to help me. Ms.Safa then was my cashier as well helping me out to check out faster at the salon register and went above and beyond helping use my Ulta card. If I could giver her a tip I would. I am a restaurant manager and have worked in retail and her customer service was unmatched. We need more people like Ms. Safa i

First time in this location, needed help with skincare and was lucky enough to get help from Angelica. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service!

Rommana was amazing! Even though the store was about to close, she was attentive, patient, and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need instead, she took the time to explain everything in detail and give me a thorough tour. I didn’t end up getting the product I originally came in for because it sold while we were chatting, but I’ll definitely be coming back to this Ulta (instead of the one closer to me) just for her expertise. She’s fantastic make sure to ask for her when you go in!

My fiancee randomly decided to check out the store. With no intentions to buy anything, we received an amazing customer service from all the staff. They were knowledgeable about the products in the store, and made recommendations based on her needs. There was no pressure sales involved in their help and we bought a few products. Great customer service, very clean store with friendly staff.
