I'm very happy with the in-store options and I love using the app to explore new products and order items that are only available online. The delivery time is super convenient! Helpful staff as well.

While I love Ulta and all it has to offer, the employees here are rather rude. I had a pickup order, and I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I finally, the woman working was rather short and snapped at me. She tossed my order at me. That not, everybody is happy to be at work on the weekend, and sometimes we have bad days, but it doesn’t make it OK to be like that.

Sat outside for curbside for like 10 minutes- even pulled up to the door as I watched FOH cashiers be busy while management doesn’t want to move/ quit standing around and help their team. Shameful they’re the ones that get paid better

I had a last minute cancellation with my friend who was doing my makeup for my wedding. I came to Ulta with a inspo photo and the gal who helped me find every item I needed was so friendly and helpful. I know the very basics of doing makeup, and I wanted a full glam look for my wedding. I could not have gotten the items without the help of that worker, I wish I would have gotten her name. She definitely deserves a raise. As well as the girl who rang us out, she was so sweet and giggly. Congratulating us on getting married and all, it was such a good experience especially because I was so very nervous to go in and ask for help.

I had a great visit to the Eagan location today. I didn’t color match myself correctly and came back to return a product, upon return the kind counter associate asked if I would like for someone to color match me correctly and exchange the product. I said yes, and immediately after Vicky took me to the makeup counter. She correctly color match me within minutes. I got home, tried the product, the match is on point and it looks amazing! She did a great job, and has now found me my favorite concealer. I appreciate how fast, helpful and kind the staff was to me today and I look forward to coming to this store for my makeup needs in the future.
