My sister and I were helped by Bria. She was the nicest! We had so many questions from concealer, to mascara, eyebrow shades, and lips. She was able to color match all of them perfectly and was so professional. Loved having her help us. I really appreciate it, considering I have no makeup knowledge. She even helped us with tips on how to apply the makeup. I hope she gets a huge raise because she deserves it!!!!!!

Nice and clean beauty store with high quality products. The store is well organized in to different beauty sections. Their hair care products are of high quality and the prices are affordable. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and well trained. I recommend this place.

Nice store, very clean and organized. They carry a good selection of high-end fragrances and makeup. There is also a large variety of salon quality hair products and utensils. The Downside is that since these are high end, the prices are very high. If you have the money to spend and want good quality products, this store is for you. Customer service and selection were good.

I booked an appointment for my daughter to get her makeup done at this location and when she came home I was highly disappointed. This was the first time my daughter has worn makeup and the shade was way too dark for her complexion, she also had white markings on her face still. Can't believe this is what I paid a professional to do, we had to take all that makeup off and redo it at home. It was not done well at all, definitely will not recommend make up services at Ulta if this is what you get!

Let me say the ONLY reason I am giving this location a 4 star is because Blair! I came in this morning at 10am I asked for a shade match around 1040. One of the ladies at the front counter didn’t even look up at me when I asked for help picking a shade of foundation she looked at her phone and said “that person won’t be in til 11” and that was it. Terrible customer service. Seemed like they were too busy gossiping. BLAIR saved my experience. She sat with me and answered all of my questions and got me all of her recommendations for skin care and makeup. I kind of knew makeup already but she broke everything down and my face has never looked so good. Non the less why is it that an ULTA only has one lady available on a Saturday to do a shade match?
