Everyone’s been waiting forever for an Ulta in Donna, and I walk in just wanting my eyebrows done… Friday at 3:00 p.m., no “eyebrow expert,” just a hair expert. All that hype for nothing , the salon was empty anyway. I guess walk-ins are not welcome. You need to make an appointment.

The brow bar is finally open and the brow expert is great! I got a a lamination & tint service. She was so nice & attentive and styled my brows just how i liked them! Definitely recommend!

Went to the perfume section of the store. Was browsing around notice there wasnt anyone there to assist. Plus low inventory on smelling the perfumes.The store was some what empty no employees around. Went to the front and asked for assistance if they could provide me sample for spray. No one ever came at all waited a good 10 mins nothing. So I left worst service 😒

Went in for a pick up order yesterday two employees were standing there talking saw me there for at least 3 minutes then one of them asked can I help you with something with a bit of attitude, then proceeded to tell another girl to help me out said something under her breath they both laughed. That is not good customer service at all

Horrible horrible service they messed up my hair bad and over charged me for stuff I never was aware I would be charged off. Do not get ur hair done here it’s so ghetto
