Ulta Beauty

I had an online order to pick up from this location and went to pick it up yesterday evening. I’ve never been to an Ulta so this was my first time,I had my 13 year old daughter with me and there were 2 young ladies at the register. One was very sweet and welcoming,the other didn’t say anything and looked like she was having a bad day maybe. She was not as welcoming.We got in the car and my daughter said wow the one girl was nice but the other one looked mean. She said I smiled at her and she didn’t smile back. Based on the sweet girl I would come back and the good deals like the 5 for 5 stocking stuffers!

This was only my 2nd time in this Ulta Beauty. I certa6see the hype and appeal. It's bright, clean, loaded with merchandise, and the employees are amazing. My only negative is their pricing. It's a little steep compared to discount stores, however they do have great sales. You also have the opportunity to earn rewards with your purchases; which is always a plus. If you've never shopped in an Ulta Beauty give this a visit, you won't be disappointed.

I came to review this place, because I love it. I get asked all the time where I buy my make-up. The staff is great! They never fail to ask if you have been helped or if they can help you find anything. They used to have a great associate that helped me find silicone based make-up. It is amazing. Either she no longer works here, or I missed her. Shame. She was totally great. The only person of color working there. They carry several major make-up lines. They also have salon services in back. They are huge on being clean & sanitary. They even have hand washing stations which is nice. Their store is very nicely kept. You won't find a bunch of damaged testers. Also, I think the manager thought I was a secret shopper, & she might get in trouble for something? I wanted to take some pictures to

Abbie was extremely helpful, and patient today. She helped me find the makeup I was having a hard time finding. I needed and she quickly rang up my purchase.

Ordered my products online!!! Communication was excellent, my items arrived on time and the 2 things I picked up in the store were ready when I got there. No wait… No hassle!!!
