Ulta Beauty

I was not at all familiar with Ulta, and visited to get a gift item. It was the first time here for me. I found prices a bit higher than I expected, but the store was neat, well organized and clean. The selection of makeup, cosmetics and beauty products seems very good. The store was fairly busy and the employees that worked there were attending to a good many of them. I did find a nice cosmetic case that was loaded with lotions and scents of various kinds. I didn't need assistance from the staff other than checking out with my purchase. Check out was fast and efficient.

When I first saw stylist Kayla, at Ulta Salon in Deerfield Mall, I got the impression that she keeps up with all the current trends. I also assumed that services from a specialist like her were probably above my budget and that she might take only select clients. However, when my teenage daughter decided to get a modern haircut, I did some research and discovered that it was actually possible to book an appointment with Kayla. Scheduling online was very easy, and I received a reminder before the appointment. Kayla greeted us warmly and took exceptional care of my daughter. She listened carefully to our requests and made helpful recommendations without pushing products or additional services. Went with Shirley and had an amazing experience. Got some beautiful beach waves, I would highly recommend her and will be coming back!

I just recently started going to this store and everyone was so nice... BUT the two at the front counter right now were snobby!!! Neither one smiled or even made eye contact just very rude

If I can I will not give any stars to this store. I waa there sunday feb 01 and the employees was awful, all them look so yong they were talking to each other didn’t even look at the costumers around, then When I was paying a expensive perfume I ask them about my discount because I applied for a credit card, they didn’t help me and they just gave me a number to call to ask for the coupon 😳really? I called the costumer service and they told me that They were supposed to help me with that. The guy wasn’t help me at all and ignored me . Never come back to this ulta!!!
