The truck entrance for receiving is on Nitterhouse Drive. There aren't really any signs to tell you that if you try and go in by the main gate at shipping. You go in and out of receiving at the same spot. The people were very friendly and had me unloaded pretty quick. It can be a bit tight in there with the trailers lined up along the front of the lot. The 4 stars is just due to the lack of signage. Otherwise it's a good place to go.

Just recently, I bought two products online. A day cream and a lip gloss. The website stated that I would receive two free products with it, a sample fragrance (0.5 FL.OZ), and a cream sample. Perfect, of course. Last Monday, a box from Ulta arrived. It was a large box, shipped by USPS. It contained: one sample fragrance. A whole box, shipped al the way from Pennsylvania to my house in Virginia for just for one (!) sample fragrance. The rest of the shipment would arrive later. What I really don't understand is what Ulta's guidelines are when it comes to shipping. Why not include the sample fragrance with the entire shipment? This is an absolute waste of resources: packaging (the box made out of carton, which is filled with plastic), the shipping. What a waste! I don't understand this at

1st of all if you are delivering here make sure you read the sign my 1st time here and thought I could go in where it said shipping NOPE that woman was rude don't like your job find something else out of customer service!!! Then I went to receiving mind you my appointment time was for 10 am got here at 9 am I was told they couldn't take me until 10 am but two other trucks where sitting in the dock so with that being said I hope that BOTH of these women have better attitude because this is my first and last time here worst place no customer service at all

This is for receiving only. Haven't picked up here. Only delivered to. Don't show up early or late for your appointment. Early, they will turn you away, if your late, you'll need to be rescheduled. Besides that, quick unload. Need to watch your dock lights. They will not call you when you're finished being unloaded

I can only speak from the shipping end of this operation. They are efficient and well organized. The shipments are typically ready before the appointment time. The loads are well packaged and thoughtfully loaded - no shifting or collapsing loads. They are quick. They get you out of there with no delay. They can load twenty six skids in about 30 minutes. The yard is secure. You gain access through a remotely operated gate via security monitoring you on camera. They do all of the loading and securing. The only drawback is that they have no lounge for drivers. No micowave, coffee or tea. Overall it appears to be a well run company.
