I had such a wonderful experience at this Ulta location! I was greeted and offered help as soon as I walked in, which immediately made me feel welcome. I came in looking for curly hair products, but unfortunately the conditioner from the brand I wanted was out of stock. An associate checked on me, listened to what I was looking for, and took the time to search the back and the end caps to see if any were available. Even though they couldn’t find the full-size conditioner, she helped me find a kit that included the travel-size version so I’d be set until they restock. At checkout, they even added some free sample items from the same brand, which honestly made my day and felt like such a huge blessing. The team truly went above and beyond to make things right. I had such a great experience at the salon! My hairdresser Nana was incredibly kind, professional, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. She paid close attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the whole appointment. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and absolutely loving my hair. I highly recommend Nana to anyone looking for a talented and caring stylist. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Faith is an excellent Ulta employee. We've developed such a pleasant rapport for the past (2) yrs. When she's working and I need assistance Faith helps without hesitation and today she exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond for a particular Saltair product I was seeking, the day before. That's the definition of superior customer service, the type of customer service that encourages a customer to happily give Ulta, their repeat business. Bravo to Faith! 😀

Love this location! Went in today looking for a new foundation and Liv was absolutely the best! Supper friendly and sweet.. knew exactly what she was talking about and did not try to sell me something that was not going to work for me or my skin tone! If you visit this location defiantly ask for Liv.. she’s amazing! 🫶🏻

I used to love shopping at this Ulta, between coupons and points, as well as the staff always being helpful on the floor. Unfortunately when checking out on 11/2 I had the weirdest and very frustrating interaction that left a bad taste in my mouth because even the manager was involved for what IDK never asked for a manager. I went to checkout and I have the Ulta credit card, I put in my phone # for my REWARDS account which is not tied to my credit card, I did not have my card on me but in the 4 years of going there they normally just look it up and it’s not issue. Was not in my wallet and I just asked if I could pull it up for the points, wasn’t really a deal breaker for me whether I used it or not… register lady says no because it would have shown up on my rewards account when I put my p
